  3. To take advantage of birthday promotion you dont need to do anything. Two Night Weekends booked for February will automatically have the back-in-time rate of $660 applied to them. You will see the discount rate on your confirmation email.

  1. Checkin / Checkout. Reception is normally open from 8am - 2pm. Check in time is from 2pm. Linden Gardens operates a self service check-in facility. Details for the self service check in will be on your booking confirmation. Check out time is 11.00am. A late check out is available subject to availability, at $25 per hour with the latest time being 1pm.
  2. Cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date, if notice is given more than two weeks prior to your arrival. If notice of cancellation is received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival time, the full amount will be charged.
  3. Transfers. If you need to change your booking to another date your deposit will be transferable providing that notice of date change is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If not, the full deposit will be forfeited.
