If you want to relax in your suite, or somewhere in the gardens at Linden, there is a selection of wine and beers available in the mini bar and also on the Room Service Menu. Alternatively you can drop into Olinda Cellars in Olinda Village which has a fantastic range of boutique local and interstate wines and beers to choose from. Tastings on Friday night between 5pm - 8pm are always an eye opener.

Immerse of the Yarra Valley comes to Olinda bringing with it a fabulous Cellar Door wine tasting area. Now you don't need to go very far to get that winery experience. Drop in a try some of their wines, buy a glass (or a bottle) and sit in the courtyard out the back and enjoy the afternoon. With fabulous food as well, you can't go wrong.

• Mt Dandenong Village    Open Everyday

During winter it is great to sit in the comfy chairs in front of the open fire with your favourite pint of beer. With an English pub feel and the beers to match you could almost imagine that it is snowing outside. It is also a great place in summer when you can sit out on the terrace and watch the world go by. Catch Happy Hour on Friday's 5pm - 7pm.

During winter the cosy log cabin section of Kelly's is fantastic for an afternoon or evening drink. With an open fire and great range of beers it's a great place to snuggle up and feel like your a million miles away. During summer you can sit outside around the barrels with a cold one and watch the goings on of the village. On a hot day there is nothing better than a nice cold pint of Crackenback.

The Mt Dandenong Hotel isn't called the pub of the hills for nothing. If you like a game of pool then this is the place for you. With several pool tables you won't be waiting for a game and if you like watching your sport on the big screen then the public bar is the place to be. Join the Thursday Quiz night or just pop in for dinner in the restaurant, the food won't disappoint and Wednesday night is Parma night.

The Ivy is a great spot if you have been slogging it out around the shops of Olinda and fancy a sit down with a cold one. During summer you can sit outside with a nice glass of wine and also catch a bite to eat. If you fancy a pre dinner cocktail, the Ivy also has a lounge area with an open fire which is just perfect for an intimate pre dinner drink. If you settle in, just stay for dinner.
