Please note: We generally advise people to book treatments prior to arrival. Although we will endeavour to get you the day, treatment and time of your choice, due to prior bookings this may not always be possible. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible.

Cancellations or re-scheduling
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, a $25 fee will be charged. If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time the full amount will be charged.
