All bookings are secured with a 50% deposit on a credit card with the balance being payable on check-out. A two night minimum applies on weekends, however single Saturdays can sometimes be available. Please call to discuss rates for extended stays. We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in time is between 3pm - 5pm. An easy self service check in is available if you are arriving after 5pm. Details for the self service check in will be on your booking confirmation. Check out time is 11.30am.

Early Check ins

Your suite may be ready before 3pm and available for a complimentary early check in. If we have your mobile number you will receive an SMS when your suite is ready. If you do not receive an SMS then the normal 3pm check in time will apply. If you would like to book in an early check in, this can be done at a cost of $15 per hour with the earliest time being 1pm and being subject to availability.

Late Check outs

A late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, at $25 per hour with the latest time being 1.30pm.
