Bookings

Please call 03 9751 1103 to make a booking.

All bookings are secured with a 50% deposit on a credit card with the balance being payable on check-out.

A two night minimum applies on weekends, however single Fridays and Saturdays can sometimes be available, so please ask. Please call to discuss rates for extended stays. All suites and nights are subject to availability.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that Amex and Diners attracts a 5% surcharge.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is between 3pm - 6pm Saturday to Thursday and 3pm - 7pm on Fridays. A self service check in is available if you are arriving after these times. Details for the self service check in will be on your booking confirmation. Check out time is 11.30am. A late check out may be arranged, subject to availability, at $15 per hour.

Gift Vouchers

Full colour Gift Vouchers are available with a personalised printed message. Please see the  Gift Vouchers Page   for further information.

Transfers

If you need to change your booking to another date your deposit will be transferable providing that notice of date change is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If not, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date, if notice is given more than two weeks prior to your arrival. If notice of cancellation is received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival time, the full amount will be charged.
