Once you settle into your suite, open your complimentary bottle of wine and choose a new release DVD, the chances are that you won’t want to go anywhere. For those nights there is a number of takeaways on the Mountain, but unfortunately they don't deliver. Current menus for all takeaways are in your suite.

Fairy Mountain Chinese Restaurant has been in the Dandenong Ranges for 18 years and is one of the best chinese restaurants that we have been to. The food tastes very fresh and is not loaded with MSG. It is also a nice atmosphere to eat in. The staff are very friendly and you will only have to wait about 15 minutes from phoning your order through.

You'll find all your favourites on the menu here and prepared very well. The subtle spices shine through as they haven't made them all so hot that the only thing you can taste is your mouth burning. For the hot, hot lovers, don't worry the Vindaloo's are there for you too. You can expect about a 30 minute wait from phoning your order through.

Olinda Pizza (also known as Porta Nuova) has a great selection of pizzas freshly made on the premises to order. They also have pasta and desserts. Forget about boring chain store pizzas, these are the real thing. The meat lovers has the best meatballs on them and the Mexicana has just the right amount of bite. Expect to wait about 20 minutes from phoning your order through.

It's worth popping in a browsing the menu at Olinda Fish and Chips as there is quite a big selection and you won't have to wait long once you've ordered. Fish and Chips are obviously the order of the day, but there are also tasty hamburgers and steak sandwiches as well as Souvlaki and fresh salads.
