All bookings are secured with a 50% deposit on a credit card with the balance being payable on check-out. A two night minimum applies on weekends, however single Saturdays can sometimes be available. Please call to discuss rates for extended stays. We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in time is from 2pm. Linden Gardens operates a Self Service Checkin. Details for the Self Service Checkin will be on your Booking Confirmation. Check out time is 11.00am.

Early Check ins

Your suite may be ready before 2pm and available for a complimentary early check in. If we have your mobile number you will receive an SMS when your suite is ready. If you do not receive an SMS then the normal 2pm check in time will apply.

Late Check outs

A late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, at $25 per hour with the latest time being 1.00pm.
